Installation Procedure

Install a NEW water pump seal (1).

NOTE:

Mind the 2 water pump location pins.

Install the water pump (2).

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the 6 water pump bolts (3) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the water pump pulley. Refer to Water Pump Pulley Replacement .
