Battery Tray Replacement (without Engine Block Heater)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
  2. Remove the ECM. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement .
1 Battery Tray Retaining Bolt (Qty: 3)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten 
11.5 N.m (102 lb in)
2 Battery Tray

Procedure

  1. Unclip the retainers from the battery tray.
  2. Remove the electrical connector.
  3. Remove the battery tray.
