Circuit/System Verification
- Verify that DTC C0186, C0196, C0252, or C0710 is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set, refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- With the scan tool perform the Steering Angle Sensor Centering. Refer to Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering .
- Operate the vehicle within the conditions for setting, and verify the DTC does not reset.
- If the DTC sets, replace the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM).
