Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF and all vehicle systems OFF, remove the intake air duct.
  2. Check if foreign matter is caught between the throttle valve and the housing.
    • If foreign matter is found
    1. Remove the foreign matter and clean the throttle body inside.
    2. Perform the Q38 Throttle Body: Throttle/Idle Learn, refer to Throttle or Idle Learn .
    • If no foreign matter is found
  3. Replace the Q38 Throttle Body, refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement
