With Scan Tool
- Perform the following action:
- {Q17 Fuel Injector - Replaced} Record the Injector Flow Identifier information from the new injectors.
- {K20 Engine Control Module - Replaced} Record the Injector Flow Identifier information from all injectors.
- Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Select: Module Diagnostics
- Select: Engine Control Module
- Select: Configuration/Reset Functions
- Select: Injector Flow Rate Programming
- Select: Cylinder 1-4 Injector Flow Identifier
- Enter the recorded injector flow identifier for each injector.
Verify the scan tool procedure was successful.
- If the procedure was not successful
Repeat step 1
- Go to next step: If the procedure was successful
- If the procedure was not successful
- All OK.
NOTE:
This procedure is only for control modules that cannot communicate and injector replacement.
