Removal Procedure

Remove the front side door trim. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Replacement .
Remove the water deflector.
Remove the front side door lock cylinder rod.

Remove the front side door lock cylinder screw access plug (1) and front side door lock cylinder clamp screw (2).

NOTE:
Do Not remove the cylinder clamp screw completely from the housing, unscrew the screw to a hard stop, releasing the cylinder from the housing.

Remove the front side door lock cylinder together with front side door lock cylinder cover (3).

Remove the front side door lock cylinder cover (4) from front side door lock cylinder (5).
