Preliminary Procedure  Remove the liftgate sill garnish molding. Refer to Liftgate Sill Garnish Molding Replacement .
1	Liftgate Latch Striker Screw (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten  20 N.m (15 lb ft)
2	Liftgate Latch Striker Procedure  Disconnect the lock cable.
