Installation Procedure

  1. Accessory DC Power Control Module (1) - Install

  2. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (1) - Install [2x]

  3. Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (1) - Install [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Accessory DC Power Control Module Stud (2) - Install 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  5. Battery Negative Cable Extension Cable & Battery Positive Cable - Install

  6. Battery Positive Cable and Nut (2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  7. Battery Positive Cable Protector (3) - Install
  8. Battery Negative Cable Extension Cable Fastener (1) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  9. Electric Differential Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Hose (3) - Install the Hose and Engage the Clamp (1)

  10. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Cooling Outlet Hose (2) - Install the Hose and Engage the Clamp (1)
  11. Low Voltage connection connector (1) - Connect @ Accessory DC Power Control Module

  12. Auxiliary Power Module Connector (1) - Connect

  13. Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector (5) - Install

  14. Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Bolt (4) - Install 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  15. Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Bolt (3) - Install 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  16. Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Nut (2) - Install 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  17. Install the battery to battery positive cable retainers.
  18. Fill the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
  19. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
