Installation Procedure

  1. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module (1) - Install

  2. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bolt (1) - Install [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Nut (2) - Install 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Cooling Outlet Hose (3) - Install the Hose and Engage the Clamp (1)

  5. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Install the Hose and Engage the Clamp (1)
  6. Clean all of the gasket surfaces.

  7. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module 3-Phase Cable Seal (6) - Install NEW
  8. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module 3-Phase Cable (5) - Install
    9. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  9. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module 3-Phase Cable Bolt (4) - Tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  10. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module 3-Phase Cable Cover Seal (3) - Install NEW
  11. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module 3-Phase Cable Cover(2) - Install
  12. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module 3-Phase Cable Cover Nut (1) - Instal l[2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  13. Engine Wiring Harness Connector (2) - Install.

  14. Lock the handle (1) into lock position.
  15. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Shield (3) - Install

  16. Ground Cable (4) - Install
  17. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Shield Bolt (1) - Install 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  18. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Shield Bolt (2) - Install 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  19. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2) @ Accessory DC Power Control Module (3) - Install

  20. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) @ Accessory DC Power Control Module (3) - Install 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  21. High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block - Install - High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block Replacement (With quick charge) High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block Replacement (Without quick charge) 
  22. Radiator Surge Tank Support Bracket (RESS) - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Support Bracket Replacement (Radiator)Radiator Surge Tank Support Bracket Replacement (Heater)Radiator Surge Tank Support Bracket Replacement (RESS)
  23. Fill the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
  24. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
  25. Program the Drive Motor Power Inverter Module. Control Module References
