Liftgate Latch Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear end trim finish panel. Refer to Rear End Trim Finish Panel Replacement .
1	Liftgate Latch Screw (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Liftgate Latch Assembly Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector. Disconnect the rear compartment lid lock cylinder cable. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Lock Cylinder Replacement . Adjust the liftgate if needed.

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Liftgate Latch Assembly

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Disconnect the rear compartment lid lock cylinder cable. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Lock Cylinder Replacement .
Adjust the liftgate if needed.
