Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank-Left Side - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement - Left Side

    Fuel Sender Wiring Harness (1) - Disconnect

  3. Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Fuel Feed and Evaporative Emission Pipe (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Remove - CH-52075  Fuel Pump Lock Ring Wrench (2)

    Vent Pipe (1) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  7. Electrical Connector (2) - Disconnect
  8. Fuel Pump (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Retaining Clip (4) - Unclip

    Fuel Level Sensor (1) - Remove

  11. Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD

    NOTE:

    Rotate module counter clockwise to unlock from the base of the tank.

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove
