Installation Procedure
- Install the chassis rear wiring harness extension harness (1).
- Connect the 3 chassis rear wiring harness extension harness connectors (1).
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications CAUTION:
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Clip (1) - Install [2x]
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications NOTE:
It may be necessary to raise rear suspension to create clearance for full removal/install of upper bracket bolt.
- Electrical Connector (1) @Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Connect
- Apply a light coat of wheel speed anti-corrosion grease to the rear wheel speed sensor (1) and mounting pad on the rear steering knuckle. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Rear Wheel Speed Sensor (1) - Install
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Steel Wheel) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Verify the repair is complete. Diagnostic Repair Verification
