Installation Procedure

    Battery (1) - Install

    Battery Hold Down Retainer (4) - Install

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Battery Hold Down Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Battery Hold Down Retainer (1) - Install
  5. Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Fuse Block (2) - Install

  7. Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [ 2x ]

    Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1) - Tighten - Fuse Block Replacement

  9. Retainer (2) - Engage

    Install and tighten the 2 m8 fuse block wiring harness terminals and nuts (1). Fuse Block Replacement

    Install and tighten the 3 m6 fuse block wiring harness terminals and nuts (1). Fuse Block Replacement

    Close the battery fuse block cover. (2)

  13. Retainer (1) - Engage
  14. Install the engine control module bracket along with the engine control module to the battery tray. Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement
  15. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
