Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9) 
  2. Remove the intake manifold cover. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  3. Belt Idler Pulley - Remove - Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

    Generator Fastener (1) - Remove

  5. Battery Positive Cable (2) - Remove

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

    Generator Mounting Nut (2) - Remove [ 2x ]

  8. Generator Mounting Stud (1) - Remove [ 2x ]
  9. Generator (3) - Remove
