Installation Procedure

    Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ - Radiator - Install

  2. Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Water Outlet - Install

  4. Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  5. Radiator Outlet Hose Strap (3) @ Radiator Surge Tank Overflow Hose - Install
  6. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) 
  7. Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
