Water Outlet O-Ring Seal (2) - Install a NEW O-ring seal.
Water Outlet (1) - Install

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Water Outlet Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in) [ 2x ]

Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Fitting (1) @ Water Outlet - Engage - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Water Outlet - Install
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Air Cleaner Assembly - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
