Installation Procedure

    Front Lower Control Front Link (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.

    Front Lower Control Arm Front Bolt (2) - Install NEW

  3. Front Lower Control Arm Front Nut (1) - Install
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Front Lower Control Arm Front Bolt (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Do NOT allow the ball stud to rotate while tightening the nut.

    Front Lower Control Arm Ball Stud Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  6. If equipped, install the electronic suspension wheel front vertical accelerometer retainers to the front lower control front link.

    Front Compartment Air Deflector (2) - Install

  8. Front Compartment Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  10. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  11. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  13. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  14. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector (1) - Install

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Retainer (3) - Install [2x]

  17. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [5x] Fastener Specifications
  18. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [6x] Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screws (1) - Install and tighten [3x] Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screws (1) - Install and tighten [10x] Fastener Specifications .

  21. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  22. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
