Installation Procedure

    Place the front side door window (1) into the door frame.

  2. Place the front side door window (1) in the full up position and tape in place.

    Place the window regulator in the full up position until window is seated into the front side door window regulator sash clamp.

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Front Side Door Window Regulator Sash Clamp Nut (1) - Tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications 
  5. Remove the tape holding the front side door window in the full up position.

    Front Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding (2) - Install

  7. Starting from the front and working to the back, press firmly to install the front side door window belt reveal molding (2) onto the door flange.
  8. Front Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Outside Rearview Mirror Housing (2) - Install

  10. Outside Rearview Mirror Nut (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] - Fastener Specifications
  11. Connect all electrical connectors.

    Front Side Door Inner Window Sealing Strip (1) - Install

  13. Press firmly to install the front side door window inner sealing strip (1) back onto the door flange.

    NOTE:

    When reinstalling water deflector ensure integral locators are installed properly and that water deflector is secured and leakproof.

    Route front side door inside handle cable through hole in deflector.

    Ensure that the door weatherstrip is not trapped below the window garnish molding (2) once completely installed. Reposition the weatherstrip as necessary.

  18. Front Side Door Window Garnish Molding (2) - Install
  19. Front Side Door Window Garnish Molding Retainer (1) - Install [ 2x ]
  20. Front Side Door Trim - Install - Front Side Door Trim Removal and Installation
  21. Ensure the window system operates properly.
  22. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
