- Using the scan tool under A11 Radio> Configuration/Reset Functions>Reset Functions> License Compliance Materials Download Error Counter Reset.
- Verify DTC U196E is not set.
- If DTC U196E is set.
Replace the T22 Wireless Accessory Charging Module.
- Go to next step: If DTC U196E is not set.
Go to next step: All OK
