Installation Procedure

Windshield Washer Pump Hose (1) - Install
- Windshield Washer Pump Hose (1)@Windshield Washer Pump - Connect
Slide the windshield washer pump hose and windshield washer solvent container wiring harness through the slit in the body side air outlet seal to install.
- Body Side Air Outlet Seal(3) - Install
- Install the 2 body side air outlet seal retainers (2).
- Install the windshield washer solvent container wiring harness retainer (1).
Position the rear section of the right front wheelhouse liner (4) to the original location.
- Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt(3) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (1) - Install [3x]
- Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Windshield Washer Pump Hose Retainer (2) - Install
- Windshield Washer Pump Hose (1)@Windshield Washer Nozzle Hose - Connect
Lubricate the end of the windshield washer solvent container filler tube (2) with full strength windshield washer fluid.
- While twisting, push the windshield washer solvent container filler tube (2) into the windshield washer solvent container grommet until fully seated.
- Windshield Washer Solvent Container Filler Tube Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Remove the drain pan from under the windshield washer solvent container.
- Refill the windshield washer solvent container.
