Installation Procedure

- Air Conditioning Condenser (2) - InstallCAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
- Air Conditioning Condenser Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Engine Coolant Fan (2) - Install
- Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.1 N.m (45 lb in)
- Radiator (1) - Install
- Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (1) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side
- Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
- Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (1) @Radiator - Install - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Radiator to Radiator Surge Tank to Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Pipe)
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
- Wiring Harness Clip (2) @Radiator - Install [3x]
- Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement
- Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement
- Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement
- Charge Air Cooler (2) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
- Install the front head lamp (2) on both side. Front Headlamp Replacement
- Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Right Side (2) - Install - Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement - Right Side
- Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Left Side (2) - Install - Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement - Left Side
- Front Bumper Impact Bar (1) - Install - Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement
- Radiator Air Lower Baffle (3) - Install - Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement
- Radiator Air Upper Seal (2) - Install - Radiator Air Upper Seal Replacement
- Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
