Installation Procedure

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) @ Vehicle - Install

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (3) @ Fuel Tank Filler Pipe - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  3. Fuel Tank Filler Hose (2) @ Fuel Tank - Connect
  4. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (1) @ Fuel Tank Filler Hose - Install

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  7. Rear Wheelhouse Liner - Right Side - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
  8. Install the right rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Fuel Tank Filler Door Latch Housing - Install - Fuel Tank Filler Door Latch Housing Replacement (Buick) , or Fuel Tank Filler Door Latch Housing Replacement (Chevrolet)
  11. Refill the fuel tank.
