Installation Procedure

    Windshield (1) - Install - Adhesive Installation of Windshields 

  2. With the aid of an assistant, install the windshield (1) and locating pin (2) to the vehicle.
  3. {If equipped} Inside Air Moisture and Windshield Temperature Sensor - Install

      Inside Air Moisture and Windshield Temperature Sensor (2) - Install

    2. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

      Install the Inside Air Moisture and Windshield Temperature Sensor Retainer (1)

  4. {If equipped} Windshield Outside Moisture/Ambient Light and Humidity Sensor - Install

      Windshield Outside Moisture/Ambient Light and Humidity Sensor (2) - Install

    2. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

      Install the Windshield Outside Moisture/Ambient Light and Humidity Sensor Retainer (1)

    Inside Rearview Mirror (2) - Install

    6. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  6. Inside Rearview Mirror Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  7. Connect the electrical connector.

    Multifunction Relay Module Bracket (1) - Install

    Front View Camera (1) - Install

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover (1) - Install

    Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover Insert (1) - Install

    Connect the electrical connector. [2x]

  14. Windshield Garnish Molding Bolt - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  15. Align the retainer clips with the slots in the A pillar and press the windshield garnish molding (1) into place.
  16. Windshield Garnish Molding- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]
  17. Reposition the weatherstrip as necessary.

    Air Inlet Grille Panel (2) - Install

  19. Windshield Washer Nozzle Hose@Windshield Washer Pump Hose - Connect
  20. Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (1) - Install [9x]

    Body Side Upper Front Applique (3) - Install

  22. Body Side Upper Front Applique Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension (1) - Install

    Clean the windshield wiper transmission pivot shaft splines with a soft wire brush before installing the windshield wiper arm (3).

  25. Position the windshield wiper arm (3) on the windshield wiper transmission pivot shaft.
  26. Windshield Wiper Arm Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  27. Windshield Wiper Arm Finish Cap (1) - Install
  28. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure: B174W Frontview Camera - Windshield: Programming and Setup
  29. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling

    If required, realign the windshield wipers to their respective alignment circles (1) on the windshield.

  31. Lubricate the windshield with clean washer fluid.
  32. Run the windshield wipers for two complete cycles then turn off the windshield wipers.
  33. Ensure the windshield wipers are in the full park position.
