Circuit/System Verification

NOTE:

DTC P0633 will clear upon successful vehicle operation. Any malfunction that will cause a condition where the vehicle cannot be operated will prevent DTC P0633 from clearing. Prior to diagnosing DTC P0633, ensure that all power moding and engine control systems are operating properly. Do not replace the K20 Engine Control Module.

Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
Verify no other DTCs are set.
- If other DTCs are set
  Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
- Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set
Verify DTC P0633 is not set.
- If DTC P0633 is set
1. Perform the SPS function: Z1 Immobilizer Function - K20 Engine Control ModuleRefer to: Immobilizer System Component Programming
2. Follow the instructions on the scan tool.
3. Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
4. Verify the function: Ignition/Vehicle = On
  - Power Mode Not in Run
    Refer to: Power Mode
  - Go to next step: Power Mode In Run
5. All OK.
- Go to next step: If no DTC is set
All OK.
