Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Use a battery lifting tool to install.

    Battery (1) - Install

    Battery Hold Down Retainer (2) - Install

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 8 N.m (71 lb in)

    Battery Tray Support (2) - Install

  5. Battery Tray Support Nut (1) - Install and tighten 8 N.m (71 lb in)

    Battery Positive Cable (3) @Battery Positive Post - Install

  7. Battery Positive Cable Clamp Fastener (2) - Install and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)
  8. Battery Positive Cable Terminal Cover (1) - Install

    Battery Tray Reinforcement (3) - Install

  10. Battery Tray Reinforcement Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 8 N.m (71 lb in)
  11. Battery Tray Reinforcement Nut (1) - Install and tighten 8 N.m (71 lb in)
  12. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
