Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Intake

NOTE: Callouts items in the following chart represent components shown in graphic above.

Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement . Remove the plenum front panel. Refer to Plenum Front Panel Replacement (LTG LGX) . Remove the fuel pump insulator. Refer to Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Inner) , or Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Outer) .
1	Camshaft Position Sensor Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Camshaft Position Sensor Procedure Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the camshaft position sensor.
