Removal Procedure

Liftgate Lower Trim Finish Panel Access Hole Cover (1) - Remove
Liftgate Lower Trim Finish Panel Bolt (2) - Remove
Liftgate Lower Trim Finish Panel (3) - Remove
Disconnect the electrical connector.

Using the appropriate tool, release the liftgate close switch retainers and remove the liftgate close switch (1).
