Installation Procedure

    Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Install New

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Install - CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

    Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  5. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  6. Connect the electrical connector (1) at the fuel tank fuel pump module.

    Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.

  8. Fuel Tank (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]

    10. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  10. Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Retainer (3) - Install

  12. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  13. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  15. Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
  16. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
  17. Wiring Harness (1) - Connect
  18. Refill the fuel tank.
  19. Inspect for fuel leaks.
