Installation Procedure

    Front Side Door Window Regulator (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Front Side Door Window Regulator Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications 

  3. Front Side Door Window Regulator Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  4. Connect the electrical connector.

    Front Side Door Window (1) - Install

    Front Side Door Window (2) Front Side Door Window Regulator (3) - Install

  7. Place the front door window in the full up position.
    8. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  8. Front Side Door Window Regulator Sash Clamp Nut (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  9. Place the front door window in the full down position.

    Press firmly to insert the front side door window belt reveal molding (1) back on the door flange.

    Front Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  13. Inspect the door window for proper operation before installing the door trim panel.
  14. Remove the tape.
  15. Front Side Door Window Regulator Sash Clamp Nut (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  16. Inspect the door window for proper operation before installing the door trim panel.

    NOTE:

    When reinstalling water deflector ensure integral locators are installed properly and that water deflector is secured and leakproof.

    Route front side door inside handle cable through hole in deflector (1).

  18. Front Side Door Water Deflector (1) - Install

    Front Side Door Armrest Bracket (2) - Install

  20. Front Side Door Armrest Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Side Door Trim (2) - Install - Front Side Door Trim Removal and Installation

  22. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure: Window Motor Programming - Express Function
