Installation Procedure

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Adapter (2) - Install [2x]

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Charger (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Nut - Right Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Nut - Left Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose (2) @ Battery Charger - Install

  7. Retainer (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Outlet Hose (3) @ Battery Charger - Install

  9. Retainer (2) - Install
  10. Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (1, 4) High Voltage Connectors

    Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (2, 3) High Voltage Connectors

  12. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Position the condenser fan and radiator assembly (1) forward.

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

    Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

  16. Reposition the hood release cable into place on the left-side radiator upper bracket. (5)
  17. Connect the electrical connectors and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (3, 4)

    Hose Clip (3) - Install [2x]

  19. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket (3) - Install

  21. Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  22. Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  23. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling
  24. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
