Installation Procedure
Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket (3) - Install
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Battery Charger (3) - Install
- Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Retainer (8) - Install [3x]
- Starter Generator Positive Extension Cable (7) - Install
- Power Line Communication Module Nut (6) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Starter Generator Negative Ground Cable (5) - Install
- Power Line Communication Module Nut (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Hose (3) - Connect
- High Voltage Battery Coolant Inlet Secondary Hose Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Retainer (1) - Engage
Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Positive and Negative Cable (3) - Install
- High Voltage Electrical Connector (2) - Connect [4x] - High Voltage Connectors
- Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Positive and Negative Cable Channel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Hose (8) - Connect
- Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Hose (7) - Connect
- Retainer (6) - Engage [2x]
- Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose Clip Bolt (5) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Positive and Negative Cable (4) - Install
- Auxiliary Battery Positive Cable Nut (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
- Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
- Rear Suspension Cradle - Install - Rear Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (FE2) , or Rear Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (F47)
