Circuit/System Verification

Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
Verify there are no other DTCs set, except for DTC P0856.
- If any other DTCs are set
  Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
- Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set
Replace the component: K20 Engine Control Module
Under normal operating conditions: Verify that no DTCs are set.
- If the DTC sets
  Replace the appropriate component: K160 Brake System Control Module or K17 Electronic Brake Control Module
- Go to next step: If no DTC is set
All OK.
