KICKDOWN Switch
- Loosen kickdown switch lock nut. Position kickdown switch so when pedal stroke is between 1.4-1.5" (36-38 mm) switch No. 1 is on and when stroke is between 1.8-1.9" (45-49 mm) switch No. 2 is on. See Fig 1 . Ensure overall pedal stroke is 2.2" (57 mm) or more.
- After kickdown switch adjustment, move spring holder so that as soon as switch No. 1 is on, accelerator arm pin contacts spring.
