Test SP-9C - Testing CLOCKSPRING Circuit For Open

Backprobe Red/Light Green wire at clockspring 5-pin connector. If voltage is less than 10 volts, replace clockspring. Perform TEST SP-VER  . If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open in Red/Light Green wire. Perform TEST SP-VER  .
