Test 89A - Power Door Lock Signal
NOTE:

- Turn ignition on (engine off), then off. Remove key from ignition switch. Lock door(s) using power door lock switch. If doors did not lock, go to TEST 2A.
- If doors locked, disconnect Vehicle Theft Alarm (VTA) module. See Figure . Using DRB-II, actuate power door lock test. While door lock test is running, put DRB-II in voltmeter mode and check voltage on terminal No. 17 (Orange/White wire) of VTA module connector.
- If voltage is not pulsing between zero and 12 volts, repair open Orange/White wire between VTA module and power door lock relay. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1. If voltage is pulsing between zero and 12 volts, replace VTA module. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
