Test 4A - Traveler Button Problem
NOTE:
For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION. For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS at the end of this article.
- Using DRB-II, read traveler switch status. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED for the STEP or US/M buttons, replace traveler module. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
- If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED for the STEP or US/M buttons, press STEP button on traveler module. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to next step. If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, replace traveler module. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
- Press US/M button on traveler module. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, system is operating properly at this time. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1. If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, replace traveler module. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
