Description & Operation

The power seat system consists of 2, single armature, permanent magnet reversible motors coupled through cables to worm gear box assemblies, a control switch assembly and a wiring harness. The circuit is protected by a 20-amp circuit breaker in the fuse panel. The power seats can be adjusted in 8 directions: up-and-down, forward-and-backward, tilt forward-and-backward and recliner up-and-down.

The front control switch moves front of seat up-and-down. The center switch moves seat forward-and-backward. The rear switch moves rear of seat up-and-down. The recliner switch moves back of seat up-and-down. See Figure .
