Gearshift Crossover Cable

1. Remove floor shift handle. Remove shift console. Loosen adjustment screw on crossover cable at shifter. See Fig 1. Lock transaxle crossover lever in 3-4 neutral position using 1/4" drill bit. See Fig 2.
2. Align hole in crossover lever with hole in boss on transaxle case. Ensure shifter is in Neutral position. Tighten adjustment screw to 70 INCH lbs. Remove drill bit and check transaxle shifting.
