Test 60C - All BRAKELAMPS Out & No Message

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS - 3.0L article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE. Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.

Turn ignition off. Using scan tool in ohmmeter mode. Remove fuse No. 21. See Figure. Check resistance of fuse terminal No. 21 (Red/White wire). If resistance is less than 5 ohms, repair Red/White wire between fuse panel and Power Distribution Center (PDC) for short to ground. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, replace PDC headlamp system 40-amp fuse. See Figure.
