Windshield Wiper Motor Test
NOTE:
DO NOT remove motor and link assembly when checking.
Disconnect wiper motor connector. Connect 12-volt battery to motor. See Fig 1 . Ensure motor operates properly in low and high speeds. To ensure motor stops in automatic stop position, run wiper at low speed. Disconnect battery to stop motor. Reconnect battery. Ensure motor starts turning at low speed and then stops at automatic stop position. Replace motor as necessary.
