Section 72 (Keyless Entry System - Remote): Operation

Pressing UNLOCK button once unlocks driver's door and enables illuminated entry. Pressing UNLOCK button twice within 5 seconds unlocks all doors.
When LOCK button is pressed, horn will sound, signaling that "lock all doors" signal was received and set. Illuminated entry operation is canceled and all interior lights will fade out.
BCM retains Vehicle Access Codes (VAC) even when battery power is lost. Keyless entry module must have at least one, but no more than 4 transmitters.
Transmitter control range is within approximately 23 ft. (7 m) of BCM. Transmitter is powered by a 3-volt battery.
