Power Door Lock Test 5A - Doors Fail To Lock From Any Switch

NOTE: Perform POWER DOOR LOCK TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  .
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
  1. Using scan tool, actuate door locks. If door locks operate, go to next step. If door locks do not operate, replace BCM.
  2. Using scan tool, read left front door ajar status and close left front door. If scan tool displays, LF DOOR: OPEN, replace BCM. If scan tool does not display, LF DOOR: OPEN, go to DOOR AJAR TEST 2A  .
