Instrument Cluster Printed Circuit Board Warning Light Malfunction

NOTE: Perform INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TEST 7A before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification and wiring diagrams, see BODY CONTROL COMPUTER - INTRODUCTION. Perform VERIFICATION TEST: VER-2A after each repair.

CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster connectors. If malfunctioning light is CRUISE CONTROL or TRACTION CONTROL ACTIVE, replace instrument cluster. If malfunctioning light is not CRUISE CONTROL or TRACTION CONTROL ACTIVE, remove and inspect malfunctioning light. Replace as needed. If light is okay, replace instrument cluster.
