Wipers Do Not Run When Washer Is Engaged

Turn ignition off. Disconnect Body Control Module (BCM) Black 24-pin harness connector C2. With washer switch engaged so that washer runs continuously, measure voltage at BCM harness connector C2 terminal No. 7 (Brown wire). See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If battery voltage exists, replace BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULES - CONCORDE, INTREPID, LHS & 300M article. If voltage is zero volts, check circuit between wiper/washer switch terminal No. 2 and BCM connector C2 terminal No. 7 (Brown wire). Repair as necessary.
