Installation - Left Side

- Install converter.
- Attach a NEW V-Band clamp and tighten to 11 N.m (100 in.lbs.) (Figure ).
- Install and/or tighten nut attaching pipe to transaxle bracket to 47 N.m (35 ft. lbs.) (Figure ).
- Install downstream oxygen sensor and connect electrical connector (Refer to O2 SENSOR ).
- Install exhaust system (Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM ).
- Lower vehicle.
- Start the engine and inspect for exhaust leaks. Repair exhaust leaks as necessary.
- Check the exhaust system for contact with the body panels. Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
