DTC P1596: Speed Control Switch Always High: Notes

NOTE: Speed control signal circuit changes color between clockspring and Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Circuit is a Red/Light Green wire at PCM. Circuit is a Pink/Light Green wire at clockspring.
