Ambient Temperature Sensor

Ambient temperature sensor is located inside right front bumper beam, near power steering cooler. This thermistor monitors outside air temperature. Ambient temperature sensor input value allows for adjustment to blower speed, temperature offsets, evaporator core temperatures, and mode control selection. If ambient temperature sensor fails, battery temperature input is modified to act as back-up.
