Visual Inspection: Notes

A careful and thorough visual inspection of components may quickly identify cause of malfunction and eliminate the need for diagnostic testing. Check wiring harnesses and A/C-heater system related components for damaged or unplugged connectors. Ensure all relays are properly installed in Power Distribution Center (PDC) and junction block. PDC is located on left side of engine compartment. Junction block is located behind end cover, at left side of instrument panel.
