Differential Assembly: Reassembly
To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure using NEW roll pin and NEW ring gear bolts. Coat all components with Mopar 75W-90 petroleum based hypoid gear lubricant before reassembly. Tighten ring gear bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
NOTE:
If replacing differential bearings, inner and outer bearing adjusters and bearings for transfer shaft must also be replaced.
