Both Doors Will Not Lock Using Transmitter

NOTE: It may be necessary to press transmitter LOCK button several times. Voltage pulse appears for only milliseconds.

Using voltmeter, backprobe BCM 20-pin connector, terminal No. 10 (Orange/Black wire) and No. 11 (Orange/White wire) while pressing transmitter LOCK button. See Figure . If there is no voltage pulse at either terminal, replace BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If voltage pulse is present at both terminals, replace junction block. See JUNCTION BLOCK under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
